DMV Requires New Auto Insurance Policy When Moving to New State

If you are relocating to another city within your state, there might not be much you need to do about your auto insurance. If you call your agent to have them change your information, you will have to wait for the documents to get to you through the postal service. Using an online service gives you the option of changing your information or getting a new policy and printing your policy papers out plus proof of insurance right then. No waiting is involved.
